Pastor Andre Prude and Valerie Prude heard the voice of God to begin a ministry and launched with two other families in their home in Montgomery, Alabama in 2008.  The families began having prayer services in one of the family’s local business’ after duty hours.  On November 23, 2008, the church met in its first official location at 1270 Greenbriar Place on Perry Hill Road.  God had given them a vision to build families on the Word of God.  The Lord birthed this motto in Pastor Prude’s spirit with regard to the Word, “From the Lord’s Table to your Kitchen Table.”  Pastor Prude has a vision to have the Word of God move beyond the church and have a dynamic impact IN the home. 

 

As the Ministry began to grow, God has allowed other faithful members to join Better Covenant Ministry.  This young ministry has thrived since its inception in 2008.  We are a non-denominational, multi-racial church.  We are a church for all people and all cultures that believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and desire to follow after His precepts.  The Lord has graciously blessed us to move from a small 800 square feet room to a beautiful church building of over 6500 square feet.  The sanctuary seats over 100 and contains a fellowship hall, nursery, children’s church and several classrooms. 

 

Today, the church is currently located at 654 North Eastern Blvd, Montgomery, Alabama.  Better Covenant Ministry is humbled by what God has done in only a few short years of ministry and we are excited about what He has in store for us.  At Better Covenant Ministry, you will find a place to worship, a place to grow, a place to fellowship, and a place to serve.
